- Ché Harrison Added January 02, 2019★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I brought a caravan from New Age Caravan St. Mary's. The caravan had a few defects so I had to take it back to get a few things fixed. So the first time round they broke a external light cover when replacing the globe which fell off on the drive home.
I asked them to fix the electric braking, because that's kind of important, they didn't even touch it, seems they don't care about customer safety.
So I had to take it back a 2nd time to get the electric brakes fix and Ray manager at the repair center (who is useless and very rude) tried to charge me for the work.
I asked Ray to separate the 12v interior wiring from the 7 pin connection, and when he did, he took the right blinker wire out with the 12v so I had to rewire it.
The incompetence is astounding.
I emailed Abraham the manager of New age caravans about my concerns and the lack of service I received, he never even answered me.
Do not deal with these clowns you will regret it!
